However the execution of the movie was off by a long mile. For the record "Blair Witch Project" was a horrible movie and why anyone would copy that formula is beyond me. Cloverfield should have been shot as a movie and not a "my first video" project. Again, the concept was great but the execution fell flat.As for a sequel. If they make it a movie and not an exact copy but from a different point of view then it may be good. But if they just rehash the concept from the first movie it will be a bomb bigger then the one that was dropped on Godzilla. Cloverfield was just like a taste, an hour and a half long preview if you will.Perhaps the sequel will be an actual movie not just a load of crap thrown together, with nicely funded viral marketing campaign pushing it.
