Diablo Cody is best known for her script work with Juno, The United States of Tara and her recent horror comedy called Jennifer’s Body. What could be even more unexpected, and quite out of the norm for the girl powered writer, is penning a script for Playboy creator Hugh Hefner. Recently on the social networking site Twitter, he had this to say on the subject matter:

No word yet on the outcome of the meeting, but this brings into question if the Academy Award winning screenwriter will put together a script for the master of the Bunnies. Currently Cody’s latest work, Jennifer’s Body, is out in theaters nationwide. Starring Megan Fox and Amanda Seyfried, the story of the possessed cannibalistic cheerleader and the kind friend trying to save her has suffered from lack of interest and negative reviews. Despite that, Toni Collette succeeded in winning the best actress in a comedy Emmy at this year’s Primetime Emmy Awards for her work in Cody’s Spielberg-enduced The United States of Tara.
