2008 can be said to be a year plagued by tragedy, disappointment and shame. Just like at the movies, the small screen in general didn’t exactly shine this year. Very few movies could even be considered watchable and many shows…

Beowulf was a book I was supposed to read in twelfth grade English. I couldn’t get into it, despite the fact that it sounded awesome. Coincidentally, Beowulf is also a movie that I just can’t seem to get into despite the fact that it sounds like it should be awesome. Angelina Jolie nude? Check. Tough guy monster slayer? Check. Cripsin freaking Glover? Check. Buckets of violence? Check. So why am I not chomping at the bit for this one? Check out the latest trailer for yourself and draw your own conclusions. What? Do I have to do everything for you?

Man, the fire and wolves look awesome, but the people just look so lifeless. I am no fan of CGI and this kind of stuff is why. Like Dane Cook, it has no soul.

    I checked out the newest trailer and I think this one is by far the best one yet. The parts with the dog/wolf and that scary monster flying through the air are kick ass! If you have not seen this second trailer I would suggest giving it a peek. I am happy I did!
