Josh Peck and Adrianne Palicki will be joining Chris Hemsworth as a group of “teens” fighting off a Chinese and Russian invasion, wolverine-style. Peck will play Matt Eckert, the young brother of Hemworth’s Jed. Palicki will inherit the Toni role, originally played by ’80s icon Jennifer Grey.

The modernized Red Dawn will be directed by newcomer Dan Bradley with production set to begin this September. Look for it in theaters in September, 2010.
