Adding onto the interesting cast line up for Summit Entertainment’s latest installment of the Twilight series entitled New Moon, they have yet another vampire to add into the mix. Enter actor Michael Sheen (Frost/Nixon) to fill up one of the very few roles left, taking the slot as Aro, the supposed leader of the elite vampire group known as the Volturi. He will be joining the cast that includes the likes of Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Dakota Fanning.
Filming has already began to take place, jumping at the moment from their Vancouver location back to their cozy Washington state setting. New Moon continues on with Bella (Kristen Stewart) as her relationship with her vampire boyfriend Edward (Robert Pattinson) come to a sudden halt as him and his family leave her. Leaving touch from that world, she grows friendlier with neighborhood friend Jacob Black (Taylor Launter) and becomes entangled with even more supernatural journeys that could finally cost her life.
Still set on course for a November 20th release date, the Chris Weitz (The Golden Compass) directed sequel will continue to catch the attention of young women and girls alike as the months dwindle down.
