
More viral marketing by major studios – this time it’s in service of next summer’s highly-anticipated Iron Man 2. The marketing seems to consist of newspaper articles plastered on the wall in the background of Mickey Rourke’s Whiplash poster, which you can see here.
Screenrant has typed up the text from the article (and shares my speculation regarding its origin), though they haven’t uncovered any real clues leading to some larger marketing mystery.
They also have the first picture of this campaign, which appears to simply be the top half of this one. More to come on this, I’m sure, in the near future.
