Take a look at the trailer below for John Woo’s Red Cliff by clicking on that nice picture, and tell me if you agree that this film looks epic to the extent of mind-boggling. My excitement level for this film went through the roof in a span of about two minutes.
Philip has already expressed his excitement about the film and I’m certainly looking forward to Woo’s work with Tony Leung. Red Cliff has been scaled back from a giant length to fit into American cinemas, but I’m sure we can expect an extended cut on Bluray eventually.
The film will hit theaters on November 20th of this year.
