Sharlto Copley, rising to fame like a shooting star from his role as Wikus Van Der Merwe in District 9, may be playing Captain Howling Mad Murdock in Joe Carnahan’s A-Team update.
This news comes only a few days after the announcement of the new B.A. Baracus, the UFC’s Rampage Jackson.
If true, Copley would join the ranks of Bradley Cooper and Liam Neeson; I’d love to see Copley take the part instead of riding on the waves of District 9‘s success. Playing alongside similarly rising star Bradley Cooper couldn’t hurt him, either.
