Clearly they were trying to illustrate her human side to pull us out of the idea that she is crafted, cold blooded killer, but there were scenes I felt simply fell short in regard to the all important ‘suspension of disbelief’.

The action and the pace were good overall, though I felt I saw too many botched editing jobs revealing wire work that should have been re-shot and a lot of formulaic big studio movie physics and far too many contrived and stilted exchanges between characters.

Overall I wasn’t impressed. You will enjoy it if you want a fun roller-coaster ride with eye-candy (Jolie+explosions=win) and you can look past the aforementioned points of contention.
