Spidey 4 Villain…Morbius?

Morbius thirst for your blood! Blargh!

Thanks to to the chitter-chatter coming from FearNET to Raimi, he spilled about the possibility of the next Spider-Man villain to go vampire mode. He hinted at the notion that the next villain would be Morbius, a scientist who in turn gets the vampire-like qualities thanks to scientific experiments. If this were to be the case, well it would definitely attract a form of an audience by the obvious bout of vampirism alone, seeing as its the latest craze in movies (thank you Twilight).

Even though it’d be an interesting turn to make, and a slightly strange one at that, all of this is just rumor. In Raimi’s interview with FearNET it is merely a mention with an obvious wink and grin following. Since it is so early in development, the fate of who will be the next villain or villains is still in the air.
