Justin Theroux, seen in films such as Miami Vice and The Ten, needs to prepare his evil cackle since he has been casted as the villain in the fantasy comedy Your Highness. He already is included in a pretty cool cast which includes James Franco, Natalie Portman, Zooey Deschanel, Danny McBride and others. ‘Highness’ is a fantasy movie about an arrogant, lazy prince and his more heroic brother who must complete a quest in order to save their father’s kingdom (IMDB). Directed by David Gordon Green, more commonly known for his directing work in the 2008 hit Pineapple Express, the film will magically appear in theaters (not really) on October 1rst, 2010.

Writing credits go to Ben Best and Danny McBride, both who have collaborated on penning up the show Eastbound and Down for HBO. Scott Stuber (The Wolf Man) is producing along with McBride and others executive producing. Scott’s company Stuber Productions has a hand in the film with Universal Pictures dawning the task of domestic theatrical release.

Written up by the super great Jon Farveau and directed by Peter Billingsley, aka Ralphie from A Christmas Story if you must know, comes the latest comedy to spawn out, Couple’s Retreat. Starring Vince Vaughn, Kristen Bell, Malin Akerman, Jason Bateman and many others, the story follows four midwestern couples who embark on a journey to a tropical island resort. While one of the couples is there to work on their marriage, the other three set out to jet ski, spa and enjoy some fun in the sun. They soon discover that participation in the resort’s couples therapy is not optional. Suddenly, their group-rate vacation comes at a price. What follows is a hilarious look at real world problems.

Being coughed out by Stuber and Wild West Picture Show Productions, with the help of Universal Pictures, the film will set to be released on October 9th of this year. Stop reading this already, watch the trailer below:
