Starring opposite Patel and in the title roll is newcomer Noah Ringer. <em>The Last Airbender</em> will be in theaters July 2, 2010. <em>Airbender</em> could mark a turnaround for Shyamalan&#8217;s career which has spiraled down the toilet with such busts as <em>The Happening</em>, <em>Lady in the Water</em> and <em>The Village</em>.
