The fans have spoken. Troy Duffy’s Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day has made some serious money in its limited release — $500,000 in Los Angeles, New York City, Philadelphia, and Boston, to be exact. That might not seem like a lot, but $8,000 per theater in only 68 theaters is a pretty strong showing for a sequel to a cult film released a decade ago.
Because of that success, Boondock Saints II will be rolling out to theaters in remaining big cities like Seattle, San Francisco, San Diego, Chicago, Detroit, Dallas, Atlanta, Houston, and more, so check your local listings starting on November 13.
An in case you’re aching to see what the fuss is about, we have five minutes of footage on our hands to fight off your cravings for the next ten days. Enjoy!
