I'm on the 4dvd plan also, and I wanted to get the new releases faster (they were pretty slow). Finally decided to call, and the customer service rep had told me the same stuff.I feel pretty sad for being punished by netflix for being a great, long term, and high paying customer :(I'm checking for alternative services right now.Trying to decide if I should go with Blockbuster or not :(

Hey

OMG, I had the exact same conversation with netflix customer service last week.
