Thanks to the whopping amount of positive internet buzz for Jason Reitman’s Up in the Air after the Telluride Film Festival, we now don’t have as long to wait for the film’s theatrical release.
Instead of a December release, Up in the Air will now square off against The Road, 2012, Ninja Assassin and The Fantastic Mr. Fox for the Thanksgiving holiday.
I’m thinking people will want lighter fare during the holidays, so Mr. Clooney may dominate the box office through one of his two films — he’s omnipresent lately.
